This fair housing course explains the steps you should follow to process a request for an accommodation or modification for the disabled. You may be required to modify your existing rental policies and/or allow modifications to your rental property.

Course Description
State and federal fair housing laws require rental owners and managers to take reasonable steps to ensure that prospective or current residents may enjoy the full benefit of their rental homes. This course explains the steps you should follow to process a request for an accommodation or modification of your existing policies or rental property, including verification of the need, approval or denial of the request, and, when necessary, implementation of the steps to satisfy the agreed upon request.

RHA members $59 / Non-members $89

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance of seminar/event. Free seminar/events require the same cancellation notice. Special events may require further advance notice. 

CCRM Continuing Education Credits
Qualifies for three hours of California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) continuing education credits and the requirement for fair housing.
